一、辦理宗旨 Origin：
為充實並提升國內圖書館相關從業人員創新管理與服務思維，並得與國際趨勢脈動接軌，依據教育部110年委託本館辦理「公共圖書館館員專業能力躍升計畫」，特規劃辦理「110年圖書資訊國際專業發展及趨勢系列專題演講」，將邀請國外圖資領域專家學者進行演講，以強化圖書館員對國際指標性圖書館營運服務之認識，並激發圖書館同道對公共圖書館服務與經營之創新思維。
In order to provide library practitioners and students in Taiwan opportunities to explore the cases of significant libraries and broaden their vision, National Central Library (NCL) will host “Online Forums in Development of Librarianship in 2021” from September to November. Four online lectures will be given by experts or scholars in Library and Information Science field.
