■ Introduction of the Talk
Chairman Huang will talk about his journeys to Incredible India and share his experiences of Contemporary India along the way. In the past 2 years, Chairman James Huang has visited India 11 times leading different Taiwan business delegations. His interactions with the local governments, industries and academia on each visit not only deepened his understanding about today’s India, but also gave him newfound perspectives on various cultural similarities and differences between the two economic partners.

James C. F. Huang is Chairman of the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA). As a former entrepreneur and diplomat, Chairman Huang is deeply experienced in both the private and public sectors. With a career spanning three decades dedicated to promoting Taiwan's economic development and international relations, he has worked to ensure businesses are supported in their efforts to expand to international markets. In the private sector, Chairman Huang has held senior consultant and management positions at Taiwan's leading technology companies. During his time in government, Chairman Huang served successive postings at the Foreign Ministry in Taipei, Taiwan’s Representative Office in Washington, D.C., the Mainland Affairs Council and the President’s Office.
